Hopefully each painting speaks to my life in Laguna. I'm trying to capture the essence of our unique community, from my own personal experiences. And, since the sun & light play such a dramatic role in beach living, I've constructed each painting with a multi-layer glazing technique. I believe this technique best reflects the subtle effects of the light within a composition
